  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Size or fit issues.
  • Change of mind (exchange only).
  1. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

For Returns:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any relevant photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

For Exchanges:

  1. Follow the same steps as mentioned above for initiating a return request.
  2. When contacting our Customer Support Team, specify that you would like to exchange the item for a different size or product.
  3. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item and the exchange process.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the exchange authorization slip.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Refund and Exchange Process:
  • Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  • For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched as soon as the returned item is inspected and approved.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased during sale events or with promotional discounts.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.
  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery.
